Just days before the East Tennessee State University men’s golf team was set to play in the NCAA tournament, they captured on video the moment their golf club bags were tossed around on the tarmac by airline baggage handlers. It’s just one incident raising concerns over airlines’ treatment of passenger baggage ahead of the summer travel season. NBC News’ Valerie Castro has more.
